E-books are supplied by the Project Gutenberg Consortia Center as part of their classic Literature Collection. These books are electronic versions of the original publication and have not been reviewed by the editors of Encyclopaedia Britannica.
To access this feature, click the “Browse” link at the top of the Britannica page. On the next page, in the left column, click the “E-books & Primary Sources” button. At the top of this page, there are two browsing options, Title and Author.
Title browse is the default option, where you are given an alphanumeric list of article titles. You can browse through article titles by clicking on the alphabetical or numeric range listing at the top of the page. Adjacent to most of the article titles are the names of the authors.
Browsing by Author gives you an alphabetical list of authors. The titles of their articles will appear next to their names.
