The largest portion of the Britannica Online for Kids article page is taken up by the body of text on a particular subject. At the top of every Britannica Online for Kids article is the title of the article and the name of the encyclopedia it comes from. You have access to two encyclopedia sources: Children’s Encyclopedia and Student Encyclopedia.
In this particular case, you are looking at the article about John F. Kennedy, and it comes from the Britannica Student Encyclopedia.
You can navigate through articles from three locations on the page. You can manually go page by page using the page icon at the top:

Along the bottom of the article page, you will also find the name of the currently viewed section of the article as well as the name of the section on the following page.
It is also possible to go directly to a specific section using the Table of Contents tool found along the left side of the screen.
The Table of Contents allows you to go directly to the section of the article that best fits your needs. Using your mouse, click on the appropriate section to view that part of the article. It is also possible to print the entire Table of Contents by using the “Print this Table of Contents” link at the bottom of the contents list.

These words and phrases are links to other Britannica for Kids articles on these topics. Simply click on the desired blue link, and you will be taken directly to the corresponding article page.
Images and video clips related to the article can be found just to the left of the article text.
